I am working on a range of computational astrophysics problems,
primarily using the smooth particle hydrodynamics technique.
Most of my research focuses on the understanding of explosions
stellar collapse: core-collapse supernovae, gamma-ray bursts,
hypernovae. I am the lead of the SciDAC effort at LANL and
leader of the ASC Astrophysics V&V team.
